Can't Sleep Properly?

How did you mess that up? Well I know first-hand how easily sleep can be disturbed. Back in 2020, I went through two long weeks without any sleep. I was eventually prescribed anti-psychotic medication from my Psychiatrist but my mental health really suffered. It was a frightening and humbling experience that showed me just how vital sleep is for wellbeing.

Since then, homeopathy has completely changed my life. With the right remedies and support, I was able to come off pharmaceutical medication and gradually restore my natural sleep rhythms. Not only has my sleep improved, but my overall health and resilience have too. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing this journey — because I know how dark sleepless nights can feel, and I also know that there is a gentle, natural way forward.
