Have you heard of Schuessler's Tissue Salts?
My Own Experience of Tissue Salts
I first came across Schuessler’s Tissue Salts when I was looking for a solution for my Daughters’s chronic cough and catarrh conjestion. She had a cough since birth, asthma and eczema and when I used Homeopathy to help her the change was fantastic, her breathing improved, the eczema cleared up and we didn’t need to use antibiotics anymore. But the cough and constant runny nose remained. I hated hearing her cough throughout the night, it made my heart hurt to hear it. I tried a number of other homeopathic remedies, but then I came across Lisa Strbac’s book about Schuessler’s Tissue Salts and I made up a combination for Chest and Cough, namely - Kali Mur, Ferrum phos, Nat Sulph & Sillicea. It helped immediately and within a few days, my Daughter’s runny nose had finally cleared up. This was the first time in her life that she didn’t have a runny nose and the cough and night went away too. So you can see why I’m a huge fan of tissue salts.
Since then I have suggested Tissue Salts to many of my clients for skin issues, bones and joint pains/cramps, chest issues, inflammation, as a whole body cleanser… the benefits are endless.
So What Are Tissue Salts?
Developed in the 19th century by Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schuessler, a German physician, tissue salts are 12 key mineral compounds that work at a cellular level to support the body’s natural balance. Schuessler observed that these minerals corresponded to the essential elements found in the inorganic “ash” remaining after the body is burned. He believed that deficiencies in these minerals could disrupt cellular function and that supplying them in highly diluted forms could help restore balance and overall health.
Calc Fluor (Calcium fluoride) – Restores skin elasticity, strengthens teeth, bones, and connective tissue.
Calc Phos (Calcium phosphate) – Supports bone and teeth formation, aids cell regeneration, and boosts energy.
Calc Sulph (Calcium sulphate) – Helps with skin healing, tissue repair, and clearing impurities.
Ferr Phos (Iron phosphate) – Supports healthy blood, circulation, and recovery from fatigue or inflammation.
Kali Mur (Potassium chloride) – Helps with mucous membrane health, supports lymphatic drainage, and eases colds.
Kali Phos (Potassium phosphate) – Supports nerves, mental clarity, and relieves stress or exhaustion.
Kali Sulph (Potassium sulphate) – Aids skin health, promotes clear complexion, and supports tissue repair.
Mag Phos (Magnesium phosphate) – Relieves muscle cramps, spasms, and nerve tension.
Nat Mur (Sodium chloride) – Maintains fluid balance, supports hydration, and eases dryness.
Nat Phos (Sodium phosphate) – Supports digestion, acid-base balance, and metabolic processes.
Nat Sulph (Sodium sulphate) – Helps with detoxification, liver function, and fluid balance.
Silica (Silicon dioxide) – Strengthens hair, nails, skin, and connective tissue, and promotes overall structural integrity.
So you can see form this list that Tissue Salts really do help your whole body function better, and especially during these winter months, it is vital that we have the right balance of minerals for all of cells to function correctly.

It is such a shame that you cannot buy these in more places, they really should seel them in supermarkets rather than all these vitamins and minerals that are totally ineffective. But hey, we can educate ourselves and buy good products that actually work and you can purchase Tissue Salts from Helios - https://www.helios.co.uk/shop/calc-fluor-tissue-salts
Testimony
Here is another testimony and case study where my client benefited from tissue salts to treat her nail fungal infection and psoriasis.
